June 17th 2021,  injected one time, emergency two times, numerous specialist and doctors, no health conditions or issues at all prior to this shot, electric shock sensations throughout limbs started a few days later, hands, feet numb, pins and needles, sensations on skin and face, hearing damage...24/7 noises in left ear... extreme fatigue, one year have been unable to work and living off of savings...lost a 24 year career...this has gone on for one year and deep muscle pain and ongoing neurological issues, tendon pain continue...everyday is a struggle to keep going and keep mental health intact...
